Buy 2 pens and every pen in your basket is 5% off, 3 pens for 10% off, and 5 or more for 15% off. You can mix and match any pens in the range. The discount is applied automatically in the basket with no code.

If you are browsing from a euro country we show and charge prices in euros, and you can switch back to pounds from the top of any page. Everyone else sees pounds.

We supply under licence in the UK and across the EU. Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders confirmed before 12pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders after 12pm, or at the weekend, go out on the next working day. UK orders travel by Royal Mail Tracked 24 and you receive the tracking number by email.

Yes. Every order ships in plain outer packaging with no branding and no description of the contents on the outside.

EU orders have a minimum order value of 100 euros. The basket shows how much more you need before you can check out, and the delivery cost is shown before you pay.

Every SereneQ batch is sent to Analiza Bialek in Wroclaw for independent HPLC testing. Where a result is in, the figures and the certificate password are on the product page under Third-party laboratory results. You can check the certificate yourself at analizabialek.pl, or scan the QR code on the pen at auth.seren-q.com.

Each SereneQ pen arrives with the compound already in solution, so there is no reconstituting or drawing up from vials. The pen has a dial and a dose window, holds 300 units, and comes with 4 sealed pen tips. Batch number, expiry and serial are printed on the pen barrel.

Keep pens refrigerated at 2 to 8 degrees C, in the outer carton and away from light. Do not freeze. Short periods at room temperature during delivery are normal.

Our products are supplied strictly as laboratory research chemicals and are not licensed medicines, so we cannot give dosing or medical advice. Product pages list the pen specifications and the published research for each compound.

Message us on WhatsApp or through the contact page with your order number and a photo if anything arrived damaged. We reply personally and will put it right.
