How SereneQ makes each pen
Compound synthesis
Each peptide is synthesised or sourced to pharmaceutical-grade specification. Identity and purity are confirmed before the filling stage begins.
Sterile fill and seal
Pens are filled and sealed under sterile manufacturing conditions. The seal is set at the point of fill and is intact when it reaches you.
Independent batch test
A sealed pen from each production run is sent to Analiza Bialek in Wroclaw for HPLC purity and identity testing before the batch ships.
Certificate published
The full lab report is published on the product page before stock goes on general sale. Verify at analizabialek.pl with the password on your product page.
Serialised packaging
Every pen leaves with a unique batch number, expiry date and serial number on the barrel. The QR code on the pack links to auth.seren-q.com.
Refrigerated dispatch
Orders are picked and dispatched refrigerated where required. Transit time within the UK is next working day via Royal Mail Tracked.
