Description
SereneQ Glow
Glow is a three-compound blend, holding BPC-157, TB500 and GHK-Cu at a fixed 1:1:5 ratio. It takes the two tissue repair peptides that appear together throughout the literature and adds the copper peptide that dominates the skin and matrix research, so all three sit in one pen rather than three vials.
BPC-157
BPC-157 is a synthetic pentadecapeptide — fifteen amino acids taken from a partial sequence of a protective protein found in human gastric juice. Animal studies have examined tendon, ligament and muscle fibroblast activity, gastrointestinal mucosal integrity and new blood vessel formation, with the VEGFR2 signalling pathway and the nitric oxide system as recurring areas of investigation.
TB500
TB500 is a synthetic fragment of Thymosin Beta-4, specifically the active region around the sequence LKKTETQ rather than the whole 43-amino acid protein. Thymosin Beta-4 is the principal actin-sequestering protein in most cells, controlling the pool of material available to the cytoskeleton, which is what links it in the research to cell migration and the way tissue reorganises during repair.
GHK-Cu
GHK-Cu is a copper peptide — three amino acids bound to a copper ion. Unlike the other two it occurs naturally in human plasma and declines with age. The tripeptide acts as a carrier holding the copper in a form cells can take up. Published work has examined fibroblast activity and the synthesis of collagen, elastin and glycosaminoglycans, along with matrix metalloproteinase modulation and antioxidant behaviour.
The logic of the combination
Each compound is studied through a different route: signalling and blood supply (BPC-157), the cytoskeletal machinery of cell movement (TB500), and the extracellular matrix itself (GHK-Cu). GHK-Cu carries the heaviest weighting at five parts, which is why the mg loading looks lopsided next to the other two.
Where the evidence sits
All three compounds rest almost entirely on animal and in vitro work, and in the case of GHK-Cu, on topical studies from the cosmetic sector. None has completed large-scale human clinical trials, none holds a medicines licence in the UK or anywhere else, and there is no published research on this specific three-way combination. Supplied strictly as a laboratory research chemical.
The pen format
This is where SereneQ does things differently. Instead of lyophilised vials that need reconstituting and drawing up separately, the compound arrives pre-loaded in solution in a graduated injection pen with a dial and a dose window.
- 10mg BPC-157 + 10mg TB500 + 50mg GHK-Cu per pen — pre-blended in solution at a fixed 1:1:5 ratio
- 1 unit = 33.3mcg BPC-157 + 33.3mcg TB500 + 167mcg GHK-Cu
- 15 units on the dial = 0.5mg BPC-157 / 0.5mg TB500 / 2.5mg GHK-Cu
- 300 units total — 20 full 15-unit draws per pen
- Graduated dial and dose window — set the exact amount and read it back before dispensing
- The solution carries a distinct blue tint. That is the GHK-Cu copper complex and is entirely normal.
- 4 × sealed pen tips, 32G 0.23 × 4mm
- Batch number, expiry and serial printed directly on the pen barrel
Handling and storage
- Store refrigerated at 2–8°C. Do not freeze.
- Keep in the outer carton, away from direct light.
- Short periods at room temperature during transit are expected and normal.
- Use a fresh sealed tip for each dispense. Dispose of tips in a sharps container.
- Expiry 12/2027 on sealed, correctly stored stock.
- Keep out of reach of children and animals.
