Description
SereneQ Heal
Heal holds two compounds — BPC-157 and TB500 — pre-blended in solution in a single pen. These are the two peptides that appear together most consistently in the tissue repair literature, studied independently across hundreds of animal and in vitro experiments before researchers began examining them in combination. Rather than reconstituting two separate vials and drawing them up individually, both arrive at a fixed ratio already in the pen.
BPC-157
BPC-157 is a synthetic pentadecapeptide — fifteen amino acids derived from a partial sequence of a protective protein found in human gastric juice. It does not occur naturally in this form; it is a research-created fragment. Animal studies have examined its effects on tendon and ligament fibroblast proliferation, gastrointestinal mucosal repair, new blood vessel formation (angiogenesis via the VEGFR2 pathway) and skeletal muscle healing after crush injury. The nitric oxide system appears repeatedly as a mechanism of interest. GI research has included models of stomach ulcers, colitis and short bowel syndrome.
TB500
TB500 is a synthetic fragment of Thymosin Beta-4, specifically isolated around the actin-binding sequence LKKTETQ. The full Thymosin Beta-4 protein is 43 amino acids long and is the principal actin-sequestering molecule in most mammalian cells — it controls the pool of free actin available to the cytoskeleton. That is the mechanism that connects it in the research to cell migration, which is fundamental to the way tissue reorganises during repair. Animal studies have covered tendon healing, cardiac muscle protection after ischaemia, dermal wound closure and corneal repair.
Where the evidence sits
All published work on both compounds is animal or in vitro. Neither BPC-157 nor TB500 has completed a large-scale human clinical trial or holds a medicines licence in any jurisdiction. There is no published research on this specific combination at this ratio. Supplied strictly as a laboratory research chemical.
The pen format
This is where SereneQ does things differently. Instead of lyophilised vials that need reconstituting and drawing up separately, the compound arrives pre-loaded in solution in a graduated injection pen with a dial and a dose window.
- BPC-157 and TB500 pre-blended in solution at a fixed ratio
- Graduated dial with dose window — set the amount, read it back before dispensing
- 300 units total per pen
- 4 × sealed pen tips, 32G 0.23 × 4mm
- Batch number, expiry and serial printed directly on the pen barrel
Handling and storage
- Store refrigerated at 2–8°C. Do not freeze.
- Keep in the outer carton, away from direct light.
- Short periods at room temperature during transit are expected and normal.
- Use a fresh sealed tip for each dispense. Dispose of tips in a sharps container.
- Expiry 12/2027 on sealed, correctly stored stock.
- Keep out of reach of children and animals.
